End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: March 11, 2026

Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before downloading or using any application (“App”) published by So Wired Productions (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.

1. License Grant

So Wired Productions grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
  • Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the App or your rights under this Agreement
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, icons, and design — are owned by So Wired Productions and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. So Wired Productions expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, So Wired Productions and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

6. Updates and Changes

We may update or modify the App at any time without notice. We may also update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

8. Third-Party Terms

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. This Agreement is between you and So Wired Productions only. Apple, Inc. is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
