App Privacy Policy

So Wired Productions (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with any iOS applications (“Apps”) we publish. This policy applies to all current and future Apps from So Wired Productions unless an App-specific policy states otherwise.

1. Information We Collect

We Do Not Collect Personal Information

Our Apps are designed to run entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII), including but not limited to:

  • Your name, email address, or contact information
  • Location data
  • Device identifiers or advertising IDs
  • Usage analytics or behavioral data
  • Health, financial, or employment information

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Some Apps store settings and preferences locally on your device using Apple’s standard UserDefaults or SwiftData frameworks. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Examples include schedule preferences, notification settings, and app configuration choices.

2. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share any user data with third parties because we do not collect any user data in the first place.

3. Third-Party Services

Our Apps do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. If a future App includes any third-party services, this policy will be updated accordingly and any such services will be disclosed.

4. Apple Platform

Our Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and TestFlight. Apple may collect certain technical and diagnostic information as part of operating these platforms. This data collection is governed by Apple’s own Privacy Policy, which you can review at apple.com/privacy.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

6. Security

Because our Apps do not transmit personal data over the internet, the risk of data interception is inherently limited. Data stored locally on your device is subject to the security controls provided by iOS, including device encryption and access controls.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will update the effective date at the top of this document when changes are made. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under applicable privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act). Because we do not collect or store personal data, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. If you have questions, please contact us.
