Before You Submit
A few things that answer most questions:
The app shows “Tips Unavailable”
Make sure you’re connected to the internet and your App Store account is active. If the issue persists, try closing and relaunching the app.
My RDO isn’t calculating correctly
Double-check your RDO settings — confirm the correct day (Monday or Friday), frequency (weekly or biweekly), and your reference date in Settings.
A holiday is missing or wrong
Holidays can be added or edited manually in Settings → Holidays. The pre-loaded calendar can be fully customized.
The app isn’t available in my country
Work Balance Assistant is currently available in the United States only.
